4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A service is considered confirmed once payment is processed and scheduled.

  • Safe access to the property
  • Accurate address details
  • An adult (18+) present when required
  • Pets secured to ensure technician safety

If our team cannot access the property, a 50% fee may be charged.

6. Service Limitations

Our team reserves the right to decline or stop service if:

  • The conditions of the property pose safety risks
  • The job exceeds the scope of the service booked
  • Hazardous materials, pests, or unsanitary conditions are present
  • There is harassment, unsafe behavior, or hostility from occupants

Additional work outside the original scope will require customer approval.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the service:

  1. Notify us on the same day of completion
  2. We will return to re-perform the service when applicable
  3. If the issue is still unresolved, a partial refund may be considered according to our Refund Policy

We do not guarantee outcomes when the property’s condition exceeds normal cleaning or repair limitations.

8. Intellectual Property
